Includes Free Priority Service, Updates and Application Tracking!
All totals include GST.
Canadian Pardon / Record Suspension:
Note: When your application is ready to be submitted, you will be required to pay the Parole Board Filing Fee, which is now $50.00.
Note: Court Record Search fees apply for each offense, but discounts will apply for high volumes. Additional fees will also apply if you have served in the Canadian Military and for each Local Police Records Check from where you have lived for the last 5 years. Military Record Searches are $84.00 each, and Local Police Record Checks are $35.00, including GST, plus the Police Agency Fee (if applicable).
Note: If you have any type of Assault conviction besides section 266, the PBC requires official “Proof of Age” of the victim by ordering a copy of the Police File. The fee for this is normally $252.00 per file, including GST. Note: If you have a Sexual Assault conviction against an adult or a Trafficking Narcotics conviction, there will be an additional fee of $504.00 due to additional paperwork. We may also need to make a Privacy Act Information Request to the arresting police agency to verify the age of a sexual assault victim.
US Entry Waiver:
Note: When your application is ready to be submitted to US Customs, you will be required to pay a $1100.00 (USD) United States Department of State filing fee (as of April 1, 2024). This fee is best paid with a major credit card.
Note: If you were convicted of illegal drug possession, trafficking narcotics, sexual assault, assault CBH, theft over $1000, fraud over, or any indictable offense(s) or multiple crimes involving moral turpitude within the last 25 years, you will also be required to submit Certified Court Records for each conviction at a cost of $84.00 per conviction, but discounts will apply for high volumes. In some cases, per-page Court Transcript Fees may also apply, which are usually $2.50 per page.
Note: If you have a Sexual Assault conviction, there will be an additional fee of $480.00 plus GST = $504.00, as there is additional paperwork and we may also need to do a Privacy Act Information Request to the arresting police agency. Court Transcripts may also be required at $240.00 plus GST = $252.00 each, in order to gather necessary details and prove the age of the victim. If the victim was a minor (under 16) you may be required to undergo a psychological evaluation in Toronto or Vancouver, at an average cost of $350. Due to Homeland Security’s increased screening procedures, you may be denied a Waiver after completing this final step. Note: We do not take on clients who we strongly feel will be denied a US Waiver.
Note: If you have a Possession of Narcotic for the Purpose of Trafficking or a Cultivation of Narcotic conviction, there will be an additional fee of $480.00 plus GST = $504.00, to cover additional paperwork and the writing of your Personal Statement.

Please call our office or see our Waiver FAQ section (10 & 14) if you are unsure if you are eligible to receive such a permit.
File Destruction Services:
**NOTE: Normally, this service is to destroy a CPIC record and/or Police Records showing a Conditional Discharge or Stayed, Dismissed, or Withdrawn charges as long as no other convictions appear on CPIC or Local Police Records. Police File Destruction may also be required before or after being granted a Standard Canadian Pardon, in order to destroy local police records, which could possibly be hacked into by foreign federal government agencies in the future.
Note: File Destruction for convictions are usually only granted after 10 years or more have passed without any further charges, investigations or convictions, and if you have multiple convictions or an Indictable conviction, the police like to see at least 15 years of crime-free activity. Another reason to obtain this service is to destroy a CPIC record after the death of a convicted person.
Note: If we need to also do a Privacy Act Information Request, there will be another $252.00 charge.
Priority Service, Additional or Other Administration Fees:
This fee is charged for additional administration fees, which are not included in our regular Pardon and/or Waiver application processing, or for work done outside our regular business hours. Your application processor will explain such fees, when applicable, billed at $126.00 per 1/2 hour. (1-hour minimum will apply for non-Pardon or US Waiver clients)
Common reasons for this fee are:
- Advanced US Waiver Personal Statement and/or Canada Pardon Letter Writing.
- When a “serious offender” requires our services to create, review, edit, rewrite, or polish Reference Letters, Rehabilitation Letters, Personal Statements, Sworn Statements, etc.
- When an applicant receives a Proposal to Deny letter from the Parole Board, and they need help assembling and editing documents such as writing a Personal Letter to the Parole Board explaining the circumstances of the incident(s) and creating Draft Reference Letters.
- When a Pardon applicant fails to pay the PBC Filing Fee or some other fee, and their Pardon forms expire and have to be redone. Such applicants may also need to pay for another Local Police Records Check that has expired.
- To rush applications to accommodate a client’s busy schedule.
- To file a US Waiver application electronically, upload all the required documents, and arrange flight and other details for FBI fingerprinting at a land-based border. Fees normally range from $80.00 plus GST to $285.00 plus GST.
Court Record Searches From Outside of Alberta:
Note: Court Records from the province of Saskatchewan are $135.00 each plus GST = $141.75 each.
Military Records:
If you are an active member or reserve member of the Canadian Armed Forces and you are applying for a Pardon, an additional fee of $84.00 will be charged to obtain a copy of your military records, which are required by the Parole Board.
Local Police Records Checks:
Plus, the Police Agency Fee (if applicable). Additional Local Police Record Search fees apply (for Pardon Applications) where the applicant has lived in more than one city/town in the last five years. Local Police Files may also be required for U.S. Waivers when requested by Homeland Security’s ARO. Note: A $35.00 Administration Fee plus Police Agency Fee (if applicable) is required for each city to complete a Local Police Records Search. If an applicant fails to provide a Local Police Record Search for every city they have lived in, the Parole Board may deny a Pardon if the applicant was suspected of any criminal offense(s) in other cities. If you have worked in other cities but maintained an address elsewhere, you will be required to do a Local Police Records Search only if you were involved with the police in other cities and where the police recorded your address as being in that city.
Privacy Act Information Request:
Plus, the Police Agency Fee (if applicable). Local Police Records are required for U.S. Waivers for certain types of charges, such as sexual assaults and trafficking narcotics. A $252.00 Administration Fee plus a Police Agency Fee (if applicable) is required for each record.
